WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE

This simple but really interesting question has been disregarded by many of us and that unfortunately has turned out to be the determiner of our ability to chalk our set goals. Many of us want to be what people feel we should be and not really what we will honestly like to be.

'my dad said reading medicine will be better than the arts I am currently thinking about doing' is a very common thing many people say day in day out. Many of us forget that every human being is unique and very very different from another and no two people can be exactly the same. I mean it, not even you and your father or mother can ever be the same. You might share common physical features and sometimes emotional and intrinsic tendencies and but that is not enough evidence to show that you are just as the same as him or her.

Unfortunately some of our parents in their quest of guiding us to go for the best turn to cripple and rape us of our dreams as youngsters. What will be the beauty in life should we all come out to be people with the same capability. That we are all Lawyers, who will go to the farm to make sure that our stomachs are filled three times each day.

Dear reader, always believe in yourself and always bear in mind that you are different and will continue to be who you are and not what someone or somebody is. There develop your own intrinsic capabilities and rely on yourself to reach fulfillment in life.
